Thailand is seeing record numbers of daily coronavirus cases. The outbreak began in the entertainment district forcing venues like pubs and nightclubs to close and officials are concerned this could jeopardize plans to reopen some borders to foreign tourists. CNN’s Paula Hancocks reports.
