Floatplane pilot Eric Lee was attempting to exit Alaska’s Halibut Cove with seven passengers aboard when the aircraft was circled at close proximity by a boater. He describes the encounter to CNN affiliate KTUU. Both the US Coast Guard and Alaska State Troopers are investigating the incident, according to KTUU.
