House impeachment managers are preparing a case for next week’s Senate impeachment trial to argue former President Donald Trump acted intentionally in a months-long efforts to subvert the will of the voters that incited the US Capitol riot, as well as why it’s constitutional for convicting Trump after he’s left office, sources familiar with the matter tell CNN.
