Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva, who is at the center of an ongoing Olympic doping case, had three substances that can be used to treat heart conditions found in her testing sample, according to the New York Times, which cited an exhibit filed Sunday in a hearing by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
