The second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, mainly driven by the African variant, is bringing hospitals in Blantyre, Malawi to the brink. Doctors there are also facing a severe shortage of vaccines which the rich countries have procured already. CNN’s David McKenzie goes into a hospital where doctors are working round the clock to battle the pandemic.
