Indigenous lawmaker refers to Queen Elizabeth II as ‘colonizing’

Indigenous lawmaker Lidia Thorpe referred to the Queen of England as “the colonizing Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II” while being sworn into Australia’s Parliament.
